Instructions:

1. Quotations shall be submitted in both online and offline modes. A scanned copy of the complete quotation must be emailed to icrrc@trif.in by 7th September 2025. The original hard copy of the documents should reach the office at 43, DDA Community Centre, Zamrudpur, G.K-1, New Delhi – 110048 by 8th September 2025.
2. Bidders/Vendors/Agencies are advised to follow the instructions for the submission of the bids.

Submission of Quotations:

The quotations shall be submitted o in two part, viz., Technical and Financial .

All the pages of bid being submitted must be signed and sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents.

Eligibility:

Only Indian origin companies/suppliers are eligible for this bid.

Technical-

The following documents are to be furnished by the Contractor along with Technical Bid as per the tender document:

Signed and scanned copy of appropriate value of valid registration certificate (if any), experience certificate (If any), PAN, GST registration certificate and the form provided in Annexture 1,2 & 3.

Financial-

The quotation must include the description as specified in this document. Omission of details such as size, paper quality, etc., may result in cancellation of the quotation. The bidder is required to submit the financial bid strictly in a sealed envelope.
