Purpose & Location

To empanel and get into contractual partnership with vendors for upgradation of schools under a CSR Project.

Desirable Vendor:

1. At least 3-4 years of experience of working on Infrastructure related projects and public institution related projects management respectively
2. Vendors having prior experience of working with government agencies/departments and big corporations will be preferred
3. A team of committed and well-trained engineers and staff for end to end project management nearby to the site

B. Basic Infrastructure Upgradation in the School
B1	Repair of Old Benches and Provide New Benches	50 Old benches and 50 new benches	LS
B2	Repair of Metal Windows	repair work of some metal windows are needed, total 20 windows in the school	20
B3	Interior and Exterior Painting in the School	Entire School painting (Windows, grill, door, indoor and outdoor)	20000 sq ft LS
B4	Replacement of Flooring and Tiling in the 5 classrooms	size of the classroom - 23 * 23 sq ft replacement of 5 rooms flooring and tiling, and replacing the broken tiles in other classroom	LS

• Company director’s PAN card and Aadhar card
• Registration certificate of the company
• GST Registration certificate

• VENDOR HAS TO CONFORM TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (mentioned in the project location)
• VENDOR HAS TO SEAL & SIGN EACH AND EVERY PAGE/DOCUMENT OF THE quotation.
• COMPLETION REQUIRED: 04 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PO.
• QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM DUE DATE.
• ANY DEVIATIONS FROM OR ADDITIONS TO THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" OR "SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"REQUIRE SMEC Trust's EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. THE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS OR SALE OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS

• All quotations should be inclusive of complete installation, transportation, and GST charges, there shall be no additional hidden cost
