Request for Expression of Interest

Introduction

HCLFoundation for its flagship programmes – My Clean City and Samuday, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced organizations (e.g., NGOs, CSOs, private companies, research institutions, academic bodies and startups) actively working in the domain of Solid and Liquid Waste Management (SLWM). This EOI intends to identify organizations with demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in various aspects of SLWM, with a view to potentially collaborate, partner, or engage via projects in Noida, Greater Noida, Hardoi, Prayagraj, Agra and semi-urban and rural areas in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Submission guidelines

• All submissions must be in English
• The EOI should not exceed 25 pages, excluding annexures
• Submissions must be made electronically with the subject line: EOI for SLWM Organizations - <Organization Name>
• The deadline for submission of EOIs is 24^th August 2025
• Late submissions will not be considered
