Location: Guwahati, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Lucknow, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Bhopal, Indore, Raipur.

About the Project

The project focuses on strengthening hospital infrastructure across select districts through upgradation, renovation, and new construction of healthcare facilities. The engagement aims to ensure well-planned and technically sound design layouts that enhance functionality, accessibility, and service delivery standards.

Role Overview

The AutoCAD Consultant will support preparation and management of technical drawings, site layouts, and associated documentation for hospital infrastructure development. The role involves working in close coordination with hospital management, vendors and project implementation teams to ensure that designs meet both technical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural, structural, and site layout drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Support development of floor plans, elevations, and detailed sections for new construction and renovation works.
• Assist in preparing working drawings, material schedules, and BoQs in coordination with the implementation team
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings, approvals, and revisions (both soft and hard copies).
• Coordinate with field engineers and site teams to ensure design compliance and practical feasibility.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and drawing registers for submission and audit purposes.
• Incorporate design modifications and feedback received from the project or implementing agencies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and drafting/documentation tools.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or institutional infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with hospital planning norms, spatial design, and building specifications.
• Experience in documentation, data organisation, and version control of drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and is negotiable for suitable candidates.
