BharatCares, in a CSR partnership with one of India’s leading companies, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the interested vendors for procurement, supply, and installation of Solar Panels in different regions of India.

Purpose:

To Empanel and get into a contractual partnership with vendors for procurement, supply, and installation of solar plants in various Public Institutions across India under CSR Projects.

Requirements:

• Procurement of solar panels with complete setup and delivery of the same at the respective site
• End-to-end installation of the solar plant, including electric connection with the on-grid and off-grid electricity meter (Includes – Solar Panels (4 or 3 KW), Civil work for setup of the structure, wiring, lightning arrestor, earthing, ACDB - DCDB, On - Grid inverter, Net meter, and fire extinguisher)
• All materials should be of good brand such as Luminous, Waaree, and Livguard with extended warranty and maintenance on each of the product
• The quotation should be inclusive of all the charges i.e., material+transportation till sites+installation (end-to-end) solar panels + wiring/connection with electricity meter) + GST, along with the maintenance and warranty/guarantee of the product

 Desirable Vendor:

1. At least 3-4 years of experience of working on high-end solar plant projects
2. Vendors having prior experience of working with government agencies/departments and big corporations will be preferred
3. A team of committed and well-trained engineers and staff for the complete installation of the solar plant

• Company registered PAN card and Aadhar card
• Company director’s PAN card and Aadhar card
• GST Registration certificate
• Balance sheet of the last 2 years
• Details of the last 3 projects along with the references

• VENDOR HAS TO CONFORM TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (mentioned in the Vendor Requirements)
• THE VENDOR HAS TO SEAL & SIGN EACH AND EVERY PAGE/DOCUMENT OF THE QUOTATION.
• DELIVERY REQUIRED: 04 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PO.
• THE QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM THE DUE DATE.
• ANY DEVIATIONS FROM OR ADDITIONS TO THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" OR "SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"REQUIRE SMEC Trust's EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. THE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS OR SALE OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS
• This is only an EOI, not an order.
• All quotations should be inclusive of complete installation, transportation, and GST charges, there shall be no additional hidden costs
• All Prices should be written in words and numbers
