Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the partnership service requirements of the existing corporate portfolio of the Conservation Alliances team and will also support the team in the planning and execution of partnership engagements (with existing and prospective partners), and provide miscellaneous backend support to the team.
Job Responsibilities
Partnership Engagement & Servicing
- Build and nurture fruitful relationships with Corporate Partners and take the lead in servicing of the partnerships, working with the respective Acquisition Managers in the team.
- Take full responsibility of servicing the portfolio of corporate partnerships.
- Service the existing portfolio of partnerships and take ownership of all service requirements, including timely resolution of queries, sending of reports, UC's and payment receipts etc. to Corporate Partners.
- Go to Client meetings, and Project site visits as and when required.
- Initiate / Coordinate implementation of employee and company engagement activities with existing and prospective Corporate Partners.
- Liaise with companies and internal stakeholders on drafting/signing all Agreements/MOU's/Addendum's/NCE's and take the lead in timely completion of the process.
- Proactively liaise with internal (Programme, Marketing, Communications, Finance, State Offices etc.) and external stakeholders, as required, to cater to the Corporate Partners’ requirements.
- Manage communications (letters/correspondence/dispatches) with/to Donors etc.
- Manage/arrange meeting schedules and provide logistical support for arranging events/meetings.
- Generate Corporate leads for Project Funding, Conservation Products, Workplace Giving.
Documentation/Referencing/Reports/MIS/PPT’s etc. : -
- Keep a systematic record and track all past and present Donor Files, Communications, MOUs/Agreements, Project Reports etc., and ensure the information is updated and readily retrievable.
- Maintain updated Corporate Database in CRM,
- Compile Corporate Disclosure/Partnership Reports for Corporate Partnerships.
- Compile reports/MIS on Partnership's Progress and unspent Project Funds highlighting gaps and issues that need attention.
- Support the team with data, analytics and insights for reports.
- Conceptualise and prepare PPT’s, as required.
- Manage/process/ compile billing of expenditures and other internal processes for the team.
- Support the team with various miscellaneous reports and requirements, and build a great working relationship with internal team members.
- Prepare Fund Requests, and ensure all steps are followed in the process.
- Ensure Due Diligence approvals are in file, in advance for all partnerships.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree from an Institution of repute.
- Excellent proven English verbal and written skills.
- 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in client interfacing or donor servicing role, preferably in a similar setup.
- Proven data management and analytical skills.
- Strong collaborative and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time to ensure optimal delivery.
- A passion for nature and conservation.
