Counselling Officer (Bengali Language)

Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for attending all the calls
• Registration
• Transfer call as per need basis
• Provide information on HIV / AIDS
• Grievance Redressal

Experience required

• Master of Social Work (MSW) with similar experience
• Local candidates will be given preference.

Language Proficiency

• Candidate Must Know Bengali Language

Essential Skills:

• Exposure and knowledge on Mental Health related topics and counselling.
• Working knowledge of computer
• Flexibility of working in shifts
