Counselor – Parent Community Engagement

As a Counsellor, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our virtual parent community,especially through WhatsApp support groups and outreach programs. You will provideemotional support, conduct group counselling, and drive engagement among parents of childrenwith intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). You will also work closely with other teamsto coordinate events and activities that support caregivers, particularly in Hindi-speaking regions.
