Samanta Foundation, registered as EdLiv Samanta Foundation (Non Profit Organisation) under the Companies Act, 2013, empowers communities through engagement, participation, education, and action. We work with forest dwellers and peripheral communities on primary health and education issues. Our mission is to create sustainable change by addressing the core needs of these communities and supporting their overall well-being.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Haridwar for a Curriculum Development and Training professional. The individual will be responsible for developing training programs, designing instructional materials, and creating curriculum tailored to program needs.

Key responsibilities include -

• Conducting training sessions,
• Evaluating program effectiveness, and
• Continuously improving educational content to ensure it meets the highest standards.
• Daily tasks involve collaboration with team members, community stakeholders, and other educational partners to promote successful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training & Development
• Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
• Excellent ability to create and evaluate effective educational content
• Experience working with rural or underprivileged communities is a plus
• Strong Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design / Masters in Social work/Education or related development fields

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of work as per details mentioned in Role description Remuneration Negotiable (depends on quality and relevance of experience)

Step 3. Interview and Organization visit (negotiable; good if it could be done) 

Step 4. Probation for 3 months before confirmation/appointment (step 2 onwards would be initiated after analyzing cover letter and resume; candidate would be informed of the same if eligible for step 2 in due course)
