The Opportunity: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on EIR to help build Earthikaa from the ground up.

This is not just a job — it's an opportunity to co-create a brand that reimagines how India connects with its roots through ethically made, beautifully crafted products. You’ll work closely with the founding team, drive pilots, shape operations, and lay the foundation for Earthikaa’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building & Positioning

• Define Earthikaa’s brand identity, tone, and storytelling frameworks.
• Develop product narratives emphasizing provenance, authenticity, and impact.

2. Product and Supply Chain Development

• Identify and onboard sourcing partners: SHGs, FPOs, artisans, rural entrepreneurs.
• Curate a compelling portfolio of agri and non-agri SKUs.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy

• Shape digital and retail presence: e-commerce mapping, pilots, partnerships.
• Prototype and test D2C, marketplace, and retail collaboration models.

4. Packaging, Quality & Certification

• Design packaging that is premium, eco-conscious, and culturally relevant.
• Drive certifications (organic, handmade, sustainable) to ensure quality trust.

5. Impact & Storytelling Integration

• Build systems to document producer stories and community impact data.

6. Team and Ecosystem Building

• Assist in hiring early-stage team members (e.g., category and marketing leads).
• Build a support network of agencies, logistics partners, and mentors.

What We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneurial Drive: You build from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, and take ownership.
• Experience: 4–8 years in startups, brand building, SHG/FPO engagement, social enterprise, or D2C/FMCG.
• Executional Agility: You move fast from idea to implementation.
• Passion for Purpose: You're deeply invested in rural livelihoods and sustainable growth.
• Narrative Instinct: You understand the emotional power of authentic storytelling.
• Connector Mindset: You mobilize people and resources with ease.

Compensation
