About the Organization

PRADAN is one of India’s foremost agencies working on large-scale rural poverty alleviation. Given the deep deprivation in rural pockets, particularly among tribal and vulnerable groups, we promote sustainable livelihoods integrated with work on issues of Gender, WASH, Health & Nutrition, Climate Change, Skilling, and Governance. Founded in 1983, PRADAN has been at the forefront of innovations in rural development and has played a significant role in the design and implementation improvement of major rural development programmes. Job Responsibilities

• Integration with team to track data of MIS.
• Prepare and organise capacity building events with stakeholders and partners on
• documentation and data management.
• Prepare data collection templates.
• Regular update of GIS based maps and work statussheet.
• Understanding of government data managementsystems, reporting mechanisms and compliance frameworks.
• Management of Financial functions, Leverage from department and plan implementation around it.
• Strong skillsin data visualization, trend analysis and decision support.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• A minimum of one to two years of relevant work experience isrequired.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, SQL, Advance Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, Database management.
• Proficient in Hindi and English.
• Ability to communicate well in meetings and public forums.
