Project Title: Reduction of Malnutrition Among Children, Women, and Adolescents in 12 Aspirational Districts Through Strengthening Anganwadi Centres

Location: Multiple districts across West Bengal, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar (frequent travel required)
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the on-ground implementation of the project across 12 aspirational districts.
• Ensure timely delivery of project activities including capacity building of Anganwadi workers, nutrition camps, health outreach events, and community mobilization.
• Liaise with ICDS, local administration, health departments, and CSR partners.
• Monitor and evaluate field progress; compile and submit monthly/quarterly progress reports.
• Conduct field visits, supervise implementing teams, and troubleshoot challenges.
• Facilitate training sessions, awareness campaigns, and project documentation.
• Maintain financial and activity records in line with organizational protocols.
• Ensure data collection, beneficiary tracking, and digital reporting systems are efficiently managed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Master’s in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Nutrition, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of field experience in managing health/nutrition/child development projects.
• Strong communication, documentation, team management, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to field locations.
• Knowledge of local language(s) of the project districts is an advantage.
