MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) as Independent Business Division (IBD) within Digital India Corporation (DIC) is mandated with creating, strengthening, and accelerating the growth of startup ecosystem across India, with particular focus on electronics and IT-based startups. MSH utilizes various digital integration and implementation tools as well as Analytics to capture and integrate data from all MEITY TIDE 2.0 Centres, COEs, start-ups, investors, mentors, service providers, freelancers, academic institutions, industries and other stakeholders involved in the startup ecosystem to connect them to the global community of investors, mentors, corporates, experts, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, institutions / international funding agencies supporting the cause of sustainable techno socio-economic development of India.

Job Description

As a Senior Manager – Portal Management / Data Insights at MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of MSH’s digital ecosystem, data platforms, and stakeholder-facing portals. You will play a critical role in enabling robust data-driven insights, analytics-backed policy decisions, real-time monitoring, and seamless digital integration of national startup initiatives like TIDE 2.0, GENESIS, and SAMRIDH. This position requires a blend of leadership, product thinking, cross-functional coordination, and technological acumen.

Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning, design, development, and maintenance of MSH’s digital and data platforms, ensuring high performance, uptime, and user-centric functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IT vendors to build, update, and optimize dashboards, reporting interfaces, startup databases, and real-time analytics for effective program monitoring.
• Lead initiatives around data integration from TIDE 2.0 Centres, CoEs, accelerators, incubators, and other ecosystem partners for seamless tracking and analysis.
• Ensure data quality, validation, consistency, and security across all platforms in alignment with MeitY and GoI norms.
• Interpret key trends and indicators from the ecosystem to provide actionable insights for program planning, policy inputs, and strategic interventions.
• Coordinate portal upgrades and integration efforts across backend databases, content modules, AIenabled services, and user interfaces.
• Support the documentation of program impact, startup success stories, and innovation outcomes through structured dashboards and visual reports.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly data reports for submission to MeitY, review bodies, and funding authorities.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Finance, and Outreach teams for end-to-end implementation of digital components and reporting mechanisms.
• Engage with external consultants, platform developers, and hosting agencies to ensure timely delivery and security compliance.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 7–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

                                     OR

• Master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 5–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

 Desirable:

• Experience in leading national-level digital platforms, startup data repositories, or government dashboards.
• Strong background in data governance, MIS reporting, or large-scale ecosystem platform management.
• Experience in GoI startup initiatives, innovation policy implementation, or entrepreneurship schemes.
• Exposure to advanced data analytics and visualization tools.
• Prior experience working in public sector consulting, e-governance, or multilateral digital initiatives.
• Certification in Data Analytics, Project Management, or Digital Transformation will be preferred.
