- Preparing job roles in consultation with department head
- Advertising and collecting applications
- Screening candidates
- Arranging interviews for selected candidates and conducting online and offline interviews
- Employee onboarding management and induction.
- Job posting on various job portals like NgoBox, DevnetsJobs etc.
- Co-ordination with candidates on daily basis.
- Interaction & understanding requirements to source right talent through different sources like head hunting social media like Linked in, Facebook etc
- Update the internal database with details and save resumes for future reference.
- Scheduling potential candidates for various rounds of interviews(telephonic / F2F / Google meet/Zoom).
- Following up with the candidates with the updates of interview, confirmation of the date of joining.
- Collect documents of candidates shortlisted and conduct initial BGV.
- Excellent analytical, communication and logical skills
