Key responsibilities will be   to


      Contribute to field research work of organizations various research and implementation projects.   

      Design field  research protocols, supervise the field assistants. 

      Coordinate /supervise   internal staff to  deliver best results of the  filed data collection   in stipulated time

      Participate in periodic presentations on  field work, and progress to the Board, senior management,  relevant seminars/ workshops  

      Prepare reports, monitoring formats and  research papers based on the projects of   the organization.


Experience and Education  : The candidate will have  


       M.Sc in wildlife biology/zoology/plant taxonomy with minimum experience of 1 years.

       Work experience in sustainable development and conservation in the India (Preferably in Western Ghats) such as work in a non-governmental organization, corporation, government, or applied academic fields.


The ideal candidate also will have


       Demonstrated team work , ability to work in the  field,  appropriate  planning skills   to   deliver the results for conservation on the ground

        Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with ability to develop productive relationships with colleagues,  local  stakeholders,  

Strong written and oral communication skills in English, as well as Marathi & Hindi
