Why this program?

India’s voluntary sector faces increasing challenges, from funding constraints to regulatory pressures. Effective leadership is critical to navigate these complexities and sustain social impact. This program builds both technical competencies and personal leadership capabilities, preparing a professional to lead with vision, resilience, and influence.      

Objective of the Program

To build a robust leadership pipeline within the organization, nurturing leaders who can effectively navigate complex challenges, drive transformative change, and strengthen India’s civil society sector for sustainable and meaningful impact.

Program Scope

• Duration: 9 months (February – October 2026)
• Format: Hybrid (136 hours onsite + 200 hours online)
• Batch Size: 15 participants
• Facilitated By: Seasoned sector veterans and accomplished leadership coaches
• Coverage: Strategic competencies and personal leadership transformation

Inviting Applications

We invite nominations for emerging leaders who are part of senior management teams, with at least 10 years of experience in the sector, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership or managerial roles. We seek individuals with high potential, a strong commitment to sectoral change, and a willingness to grow. Gender inclusivity and geographic diversity are actively encouraged.
