About the Fellowship
The Philanthropy Fellows program offers emerging young professionals an introduction to the philanthropic sector. Since 2008, with the generous support from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, CSSL has empowered exceptional individuals from around the world to offer fresh insights to the philanthropic landscape. Through providing ongoing professional development and hands-on experience as Program Research Analysts(opens in a new tab), fellows become integral members of grantmaking teams, conducting analyses on various policies, projects, programs, and issues relevant to their sphere of impact. The Philanthropy Fellows have significantly contributed to the foundation by leveraging their analytical skills, critical thinking, and diverse expertise
Participating fellows have:
- Gained practical insights into the workings of the philanthropic sector.
- Benefited from comprehensive training and mentorship, empowering them to grow as emerging leaders in philanthropy.
