About:

The National Network for Transgender Persons (NNTP) is an exclusive network of Community-led organizations (CBOs) in India. It has been informally working from the year 2015 and was formally registered in 2022. The NNTP’s member organizations of the network were spread across the country and compressed with Trans identities, i.e., Transgender, Hijra, Kinnar, Jogappa, Shiva Shakti, Magalamuki, Tirunagai, Arawani, etc. Also, the network board is compressed with regional members from all five regions: North, East, West, South, and Central, including North East.

The NNTP is committed to the empowerment and well-being of all trans identities in the country. Our organization has an advisory board with community experts who have demonstrated significant work on community issues in the country, and they provide timely support and guidance to the network. Introduction:

The National Network for Transgender Persons (NNTP) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors or consultants for the development of digital Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials aimed at capacity building for leadership and management to strengthen HIV and health programs. These materials will be utilized to enhance awareness, engagement, and strategic outreach efforts within the transgender community.

Scope of Work:

Interested vendors/consultants are invited to submit quotations for the following IEC development components:

1. Designing Digital GIFs – 10 creative GIFs focused on key messages related to HIV, health programs, and transgender leadership.
2. Digital Posters – 8 visually engaging posters designed for educational and advocacy purposes.
3. Educational Video on Community System Strengthening – 1 professionally crafted video emphasizing strategies for community empowerment and health system reinforcement.

Vendors/consultants Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in IEC material design and development, particularly in social health sectors.
• Experience in working on projects related to transgender rights, HIV awareness, and digital advocacy.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive, and impactful content.
• Compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and creative guidelines provided by NNTP.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:

Interested vendors/consultants must submit their proposals, including the following:

• Company Profile – A brief overview of the vendor’s background, expertise, and relevant experience.
• Technical Proposal – Outline of the approach, methodology, and proposed designs for IEC materials.
• Financial Proposal – Detailed quotation, including breakdowns for each deliverable.
• Portfolio Samples – Previous IEC work related to HIV, health, and community advocacy.
• Timeline – Estimated schedule for completion of deliverables.
