Sub: PR2526044_ Setup STEM labs in 7 schools for children with Speech and Hearing impairment in Pune. Dear All,

Tech Mahindra Foundation is inviting proposals from vendors for setting up 7 STEM Labs in schools for Speech & Hearing- Impaired children in Pune district.

We seek Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable suppliers. The labs will cater to students from Grade 6 to Grade 10, covering all relevant experiments aligned with the Maharashtra State Board Curriculum. Please note that most of the materials should be reusable.

The EOI is divided into two parts (to be submitted as two separate documents):

Part 1: Technical Proposal Please include the following:

• Company/Service Provider details
• Relevant experience (especially with Speech & Hearing-Impaired children, if any)
• Complete list of items and kits proposed to be supplied
• List of experiments covered under the proposal
• Methodology for lab setup and usage
• Proof of concept or similar previous work (if available)

Part 2: Financial Proposal

• Submit as per the attached format
• Must be on the company letterhead, duly signed, stamped, and dated

Terms and Conditions for supply:

2. Rate Validity: The rates should be valid for a period of one Year.
3. Prices: Price should be inclusive of GST and delivery of good and services.
4. Delivery of Materials & Services: Pune Maharashtra
5. Delivery Timeline for set-up of Lab:
6. Penalty: Penalty shall be 2% per week or part thereof subject to max 10% of the total order value for delay in execution beyond the stipulated date.
