About the Organization

Forum for Health Systems Design and Transformation, more popularly known as Health Systems Transformation Platform (HSTP), is a not-for-profit company licensed under section 8 of the Indian Companies Act 2013 incorporated under the aegis of Tata Trusts. At HSTP, we are dedicated to strengthening health systems through evidence-based research and implementation across India.

Scope of Work for Website Maintenance

Inclusions

Website updates will maintain responsiveness across devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet) through the following activities:

• Add, edit, or remove pages, links, and existing content as directed by the HSTP team.
• Modify or add images using client-supplied files; stock image purchases will be billed separately.
• Update knowledge products, announcements, and events with provided materials.
• Revise content and images to address layout issues from WordPress, theme, or plugin updates.
• Implement 301 redirects for any deleted pages to preserve SEO integrity.

Routine maintenance includes:

• Weekly updates to WordPress core, plugins, and themes, with testing in a staging environment before live deployment.
• Continuous monitoring of site uptime and user load to identify scalability needs, using tools like Google Analytics or server logs.
• Establish a ticketing system for HSTP user issues, with resolution within 24-48 hours for critical problems and 5 business days for non-critical.
• Maintain an issue and resolution register, updated bi-weekly and shared upon request.
• Recommend and replace outdated plugins, ensuring compatibility with current standards; implementation within one week of identification.
• Diagnose and coordinate with hosting providers to resolve server-related issues, escalating as needed.

Security measures cover:

• Regular scans and removal of malware, spam, or malicious code, conducted biweekly.
• Implementation of security best practices, such as SSL certificate management and access controls.

Backup protocols ensure data integrity:

• Daily automated database backups, retained for 30 days.
• Weekly full WordPress file backups stored off-site or in cloud storage.
• On-demand restores available within 1 day of request.

Exclusions

• Development of new features, custom plugins, or major redesigns will be quoted and billed separately.
• Purchases of stock images, premium plugins, or third-party services.
• Content creation or copywriting beyond basic edits; HSTP provides all text and media.

Deliverables

• All activities will be logged in a shared dashboard for real-time HSTP access.
• Monthly monitoring reports will be delivered by the 7th of each month, covering uptime statistics, updates performed, issues resolved, and security scan results.
• A quarterly report will summarize performance metrics and recommend improvements.

How to Apply

All proposals must be submitted by 15th Jan 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

Contract Term

The initial contract term will be till 31st March 2026, with an option for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
