Detailed Job Description

Job Title: Associate- MIS

Employer: Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF)

Location: Noida

Pay: As per industry standards

Qualification: Graduation with experience in relevant field (e.g., IT, Statistics, Computer   Applications, Data Management, etc.)

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Coordinate regularly with all the locations to collect accurate program data.
2. Maintain, clean, and organize datasets related to the different programs of Dalmia Bharat  Foundation.
3. Ensure data validation and standardization before uploading to the MIS application.
4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and logical  formulas for efficient data processing.
6. Identify data discrepancies, rectify inconsistencies, and follow up with field teams for  correction.
7. Ensure timely upload of validated data into the MIS platform.
8. Monitor the accuracy and completeness of MIS modules and suggest improvements.
9. Support the strategy and communication team in presenting insights through dashboards and  presentations.
10. Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies. 
11. Maintain documentation and data logs for internal reviews.

Desired Candidate-Profile:  

• Qualification- Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field
• Must have knowledge of MS Excel, including formulae, charts, and dashboard preparation. • Good understanding of MIS applications, their operations, and modules.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with field teams for data collection and error correction. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Language Proficient: English, Hindi
