Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Partner with NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, and government departments to connect with potential students. 
• Engage with prospective students, provide personalized guidance, and maintainstrongrelationships. 
• Maintain comprehensive records of parents, guardians, and prospective students, including their educational background, profession, and income. 
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions inandaround Mumbai to attract potential candidates. 
• Travel to nearby locations to expand our network and reach more students.
• Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager. 

 

Desired Skill Sets: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Knowledge of Basic English is must. 
• Experience ofstudent interactions and data management. 
• Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools(Power point, Excel, Word).
• Prior experience with the automotive sector is preferred. 

Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate in any stream

Experience: At least 1-2 years full-time experience as mobiliser in skilling vertical.

Experience in Skilling industry will be preferred.
