Job Description

This role is critical to make a scalable impact globally and also help the organization achieve sustainability. This role is instrumental in creating a thriving ecosystem of market players who will build and implement diverse solutions on DIGIT and CARE platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Ecosystem Building & Partner Enablement

• Identify, onboard, and build strategic relationships with relevant system integrators, health-tech companies, and public health implementation partners.
• Create a structured capacity-building program for SIs on CARE HMIS architecture and implementation models.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager with SI partners, health-tech ecosystem players, and relevant government stakeholders.
• Organize co-design workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and regular forums for partner alignment.

Program & Knowledge Management

• Support SIs in incorporating the CARE platform into their responses for state government RFPs and proposals, wherever applicable
• Develop and share partner playbooks, deployment models, and best practices.
• Track partner performance, maintain a partner pipeline, and report progress against program objectives.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building, preferably in digital health, e-Governance, or technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of India’s health systems, ABDM ecosystem, and state government procurement processes.
• Demonstrated experience working with or enabling system integrators in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technology – strong grasp of platform models, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT), and health IT ecosystems.
