Reporting: State Program Coordinator / Program Lead
Job Description & Eligibility criteria:
- District Program Coordinator - (04 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the program in the district
- Prepare and oversee district annual and quarterly implementation plans and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor Block Program Coordinators and School Liaison staff, ensuring adherence to program standards.
- Facilitate coordination with district‑level health (NHM/RKSK) and education departments for integration and endorsement.
- Review ongoing process evaluation and MIS data, identify performance gaps, and guide course corrections and quality improvement.
- Lead district level stakeholder meetings, reviews, and learning events.
- Manage district level risks, safeguarding concerns, and operational challenges in collaboration with the state team.
Key Competencies:
- Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
- Understanding of adolescent health, SRH, and/or CSE programming.
- Ability to engage and influence district officials and other stakeholders.
- Competence in data interpretation, documentation, and reporting.
- Good communication and facilitation with adolescents.
- Creativity in using sports/arts/digital media to engage peers.
- Documentation of the key activities of the program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in public health, social sciences, education, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant program management experience, including district level coordination.
- Prior experience working with government health/education systems.
- Proficiency in Odia, Hindi and English languages.
Remuneration: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 70,000/- per month (CTC includes EPF, Gratuity, Taxes)
