ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF FIELD ASSOCIATE FOR BHOPAL, GWALIOR, VIDISHA, DAMOH, AND BETUL:

Position: Field Associate

No. of Positions: 12

Locations:

• Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh
• Damoh, Madhya Pradesh
• Betul, Madhya Pradesh
• Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Qualification and Experience:

• Any degree or graduation with 2 year of work experience in micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ self-employment related schemes and projects.
• Capacity to work with Groups and undertake mobilization activities of community members in the specified location for training
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, and basic understanding of MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of the local language and area is essential.

Job Description:

• Discuss with different stakeholders in Rural villages and mobilize candidates for the training Programme.
• Understanding location-specific trades in the selected areas of training in the target location
• Coordinating with the Project Officers for the implementation of the project
• Provide support to Project Coordinators in the field for Programme Organization and training support
• Providing support for all trained entrepreneurs in Market and Credit Linkage with the Project Team
• Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation
• Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/SRO
• Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office to support the Entrepreneurs trained

Type of Employment: On Contract

Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- CTC per month
