Why Do We Want This Position Filled? To drive the Trust’s communications strategy on a daily basis To enable the Trust to create their brand To create and maintain the social portfolio of the Trust as well as its promoters What Do We Expect From This Position Communication Strategy and Planning: Timely execution of comprehensive communication strategies Collaborate with the management team to align communication efforts Translate vision and messaging into quarterly & monthly execution plans Maintain and own the Trust’s content & communication calendar Content Creation and Management: Oversee development of content across formats (stories, reports, digital, media) Review, refine, and approve content before publishing Ensure timely delivery and quality control Media and Public Relations: Coordinate media outreach and follow-ups Finalise press notes, articles, and media communication Support leadership spokesperson functions & manage media queries Organize events, webinars, and workshops to promote the Trust and its programs Digital Communication: Supervise content creation and rollout for media coverage Review analytics and optimise content plans accordingly Ensure queries, comments & messages are addressed effectively on time Execute Brand-Building Campaigns & Events Plan and drive communication for key events, launches, and campaigns Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently implemented Coordinate with internal/external teams to amplify visibility How Does Our Ideal Candidate Look Like? Education & Experience Graduation in media related field. (Mass communications background is added advantage) ~ 2 - 4 Years in communication management roles (Roles with CSOs/NGOs are preferred) Knowledge & Skills Skills : Design, UI/UX, Personal Attributes : Quick learner, Self-motivated, Passionate for social work Languages : Command over Marathi, Hindi & English (both spoken & written) Software Adeptness : MS Office, Google Suite, Canva (Adobe Suite is added advantage) Broad OKRs* Objective 1 : Trust Communications KRA 1 : Drive Communication Strategy into Execution KRA 2 : Lead Content Production & Editorial Quality KRA 3 : Manage Digital Communication & Engagement Objective 2 : Brand Management & PR KRA 1 : Lead Media Relations & External Visibility KRA 2 : Execute Brand-Building Campaigns & Events
