KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager-HR Tech to lead the administration, strategy, and optimization of our Human Resource Management System. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, data integrity, and integration across all HR processes including payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will drive HR technology initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals through efficient and scalable HRMS solutions.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the end-to-end management of the HRMS platform (Adrenaline).
- Lead HRMS implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing system configuration to support evolving organization needs.
- Manage interfaces between HRMS and other systems (payroll, ERP, timekeeping, benefits platforms, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system vendors and IT support teams.
- Partner with National & Regional HR and other leaders to identify automation opportunities and improve HR processes.
- Lead system training initiatives and support Regional HR Team & end-user adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, system guides, and SOPs.
- Create, analyze, and distribute complex reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Own the management of HR data, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, compliance, and security through regular audits and system controls.
- Own vendor relationships and serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, Administration and system vendors or IT teams.
Desired Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRMS management or related HR technology role.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one major HRMS is required.
- Proven experience leading HRMS projects and system implementations.
- Advanced skills in data analytics, reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Solid understanding of HR processes including talent management, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing or supervising direct reports is preferred.
