Role Summary

The Associate Manager – CSR & Education Programs will support the Invest UP CSR Facilitation Cell by working directly with the Education Department, assisting in strategic program planning, CSR project facilitation, research, and government coordination. The role requires proven experience with government systems and expertise in education-sector initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Government Department Coordination

• Work within the Education Department to support program planning, review processes, and coordination.
• Facilitate inter-departmental meetings, status check-ins, and follow-ups on CSR-supported interventions.
• Ensure alignment with the state’s education priorities and directives.

2. CSR Project Facilitation & Strategy Support

• Support the design and implementation of CSR-supported education programs across UP.
• Liaise with corporate partners for needs assessments, proposals, partnerships, and project rollout.
• Track the progress of ongoing CSR projects and assist in creating strategic inputs for scale-up.

3. Research, Knowledge Support & Documentation

• Conduct research on education indicators, sectoral needs, policies, and potential CSR collaboration areas.
• Prepare knowledge briefs, concept notes, case studies, departmental reports, and analytical documents.
• Maintain MIS dashboards and generate periodic progress updates for government reviews.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with corporates, foundations, NGOs, and academic institutions.
• Represent CSRBOX in departmental discussions, donor meetings, and Education Department platforms.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Field Support

• Support monitoring of funded education programs and capture on-ground insights.
• Conduct sample field visits to track implementation quality and prepare field documentation.

6. Additional Responsibilities

• Support the CSR Facilitation Cell with planning, reviews, and execution support.
• Undertake tasks assigned by Project Lead based on program needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related domains.
• 2–3 years of experience in education programs, CSR projects, government advisory setups, or program implementation.
• Mandatory: Experience working with government departments or government-led programs.
• Strong analytical ability, documentation expertise, and understanding of education-sector challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
