Pratham was founded in 1995, to provide pre-school education to children in Mumbai slums. Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the Gurugram office (Near MG Road Metro Station). As a Program Associate, you will support the team in the execution of the LEP program, ensuring high-quality content delivery and effective teacher training.

Job Responsibilities

• Design course structures, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Prepare and update content for course manuals in English, Hindi, and Math.
• Conduct quarterly teacher training for school content.
• Travel to field locations to monitor and review program execution.
• Liaise with the Program Head to ensure smooth implementation.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field is preferred, while candidates with a Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or an equivalent field related to Early Childhood Education are equally considered.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience in data management and analysis is preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including rural field visits.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi both
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Hindi, and Math.

Additional Details

• Only candidates from Delhi-NCR will be considered.
• Female candidates will be given preference.
• This is a full-time office-based role, requiring 5 days working from the Gurugram office (Near MG Road Metro Station).
• Compensation: ₹3,60,000 per annum (LPA)
