Yug Sanskriti Nyas is looking for a highly experienced CSR Project Expert to lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive impactful social development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities with corporates and institutions.

* Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, DPRs, and project reports.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and CSR foundations.

* Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate CSR projects.

* Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and statutory reporting requirements.

* Coordinate with government agencies, corporate partners, and implementation stakeholders.

* Prepare impact assessment reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

✔️ 15–20 years of experience in CSR project development and management is mandatory.

✔️ Strong understanding of CSR laws, policies, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.

✔️ Proven experience in CSR fundraising, proposal writing, and corporate partnerships.

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Management, Public Policy, or a related field will be preferred.
