Job Responsibilities

• Oversee Lubrizol's compliance with the Companies Act of 2013; which includes collaboration with local finance managers, hosting CSR board meetings and documenting minutes 3-4 times a year for each operating entitity, ensuring all documentation is complete, and managing the documentation process in Lubrizol's contributions platform.
• Coordinate Lubrizol's local India community investment activities, including overseeing India community investment councils who are responsible for employee volunteering. This will include hosting a regular cadence of council meetings and ensuring usage of Lubrizol's community portal and participating in global community investment council meetings representing India.

• Manage NGO relationships. Working with the Community Investment Manager identify compliant partners and oversee the working relationship.  
• Support global Community Investment Manager to conduct outreach to nonprofits and NGOs that need to complete required compliance, publish the monthly newsletter, and compile data for local community investment ambassadors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sustainability and Public Affairs team.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate CSR
• Working knowledge of India’s Companies Act 2013
• Understanding of sustainability, social impact, or community engagement
• Experience directing or supporting volunteer projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in relationship management
• Ability to work across functions
• Collaborative team player
• Basic accounting skills  
• Able to deal effectively with ambiguity, change and uncertainty
• Passionate about supporting and furthering employees' passion to serve the communities where we work and live.
