We're Hiring: Senior Accountant

📍 Location: Delhi (Office-based)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Yug Sanskriti Nyas is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records

* Prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports

* Ensure statutory compliance, including TDS, GST (where applicable), and Income Tax requirements

* Handle audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities

* Monitor fund utilization, grants, and donor reporting

* Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with NGO accounting standards

* Oversee bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial planning

Requirements:

Requirements:

✔️ CMA or M.Com qualification is mandatory.

✔️ Minimum 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

✔️ Prior experience in NGO accounting will be preferred.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliances.

✔️ Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy.
