About the Organization: Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) the apex body of private Real Estate developers representing 13,500 Members spread across 21 State level Chapters and 221 City level Chapters in India. Under its skilling initiative CREDAI skills / up-skills more than 2 Lakh+ youth & construction workers in job roles related to real estate & construction sector.

About the RFP: CREDAI has been training construction workers under various govt. schemes & CSR projects. The purpose of RFP is to look for implementation partners for upcoming projects.

Eligibility/Criteria: Interested organizations (preferably not-for-profits / NGOs) with more than 3 years of proven experience in implementing construction related job roles may fill in the EoI form. Criteria:  

• PIA must be affiliated or willing to affiliate by Construction SSC (CSDCI) or NSDC.
• PIA must have valid ToT certified trainers in below job roles:
  • Assistant Mason
  • Assistant Bar Bender and Steel Fixer
  • Assistant Shuttering Carpenter
