Project Title: Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) – Empowering 25 Women per Batch

Project Overview

AVN College of Management & Technology Trust (AVN TRUST) is inviting expressions of interest from experienced and committed NGOs, CBOs, and social sector organizations to become Project Implementing Partners for conducting Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP).

• Total Training Programs: 242
• Batch Size: 25 women unemployed candidates per batch
• Training Duration: 7 days per batch
• Per Candidate Training Cost: ₹ 2,500
• Total Candidates per District: 250
• Total States Covered: 6
• Total Districts Covered: 24 (4 districts per state)

 

Project Duration

• Start Date: 1st November 2025
• End Date: 20th March 2026

 

Project Objectives

• To provide entrepreneurship skills to 6,050 unemployed women across 6 states.
• To build capacities in starting micro-enterprises and self-employment opportunities.
• To improve livelihood opportunities and contribute towards women’s economic empowerment.

Total Coverage: 24 districts × 250 women = 6,050 women trained

 

Roles & Responsibilities of Implementing Partners

1. Candidate Mobilization: Identification and selection of eligible women candidates (unemployed, interested in entrepreneurship).
2. Training Arrangement:
   • Venue arrangement (with seating, audio-visual setup, basic amenities).
   • Trainer/facilitator engagement as per curriculum shared by AVN/ SDF.
3. Training Delivery: Conduct 7-day training as per AVN TRUST /SDF-approved schedule and content.
4. Monitoring & Reporting:
   • Maintain batch-wise attendance and documentation.
   • Submit reports, photos, and case studies after completion of each training batch.
5. Financial Compliance: Ensure proper utilization of funds and submission of bills, receipts, and utilization certificates.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Partner Organizations

• Must be a legally registered NGO/Trust/Society/Section-8 company with minimum 3 years’ experience in livelihood/skill development projects.
• Proven experience in training, community mobilization, and reporting.
• Presence or network in proposed districts/states will be preferred.
• Adequate manpower and infrastructure to execute multiple training programs within timeline.

 

Financials

• Per Candidate Cost: ₹ 2,500
• Per Batch Cost (25 candidates): ₹ 62,500
• Per District Budget (10 batches): ₹ 6,25,000

(Disbursement will be done in phases – advance, midline, and final settlement based on reporting and monitoring.)

• Organization profile and registration certificates.
• Details of similar projects implemented in last 3 years.
• List of key staff available for project execution.
• Proposed districts for implementation (state and district preference).
