SUPPLY, END TO END DISTRIBUTION, AND INSTALLATION OF SMART 10,000 SMART TVS (42 inches) AT NAND GHARS
Vedanta Limited, India’s leading Natural resources company, has developed over 8500 State of the Art modern Anganwadis (NAND GHARS) across the country and it plans to develop another 20,000 Nand Ghars in Rajasthan. Every Nand Ghar is equipped with a smart Television enable pre-elementary education of children between age 3-6 years through state endorsed learning curriculum.
With above reference, you are invited to participate in this Request For Proposal (RFP) for Supply and installation of 10,000 Smart TV (42 inches) at Nand Ghars.

Request you to provide all details as mentioned in Annexure -1, since the technical evaluation will be conducted on mentioned grounds
Other Specifications:
- Warranty: min. 02 Years or as provided by selected OEM/ brand.
- USB: 16GB (Pen drive PD to be provided by the vendor). Price of PD can be mentioned with TV price
- End to end Delivery and installation at Nand Ghars in Rajasthan. TVs
- Dead on arrival Insurance cover on supply
- The Company/Aggregator should also provide theft proof system for TV and Solar Panel with Battery.
- Force Majeure condition applicable if any global supply situation affected due to Covid 19/Similar
- LD clause shall be applicable @ 0.75% (per week of delay) of the call out value beyond a week of specified timelines.
- Billing to be done call out basis to Anil Agarwal Foundation.
