Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising & Program Manager to develop, lead, and execute our donor acquisition and engagement programs. This role is critical to expanding TTF's impact by building sustainable funding streams through individual, corporate, and institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on program management to grow our "Adopt a Family" and "Adopt a Village" programs while cultivating long-term donor relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies targeting individual donors, corporate CSR programs, foundations, and international funding partners
  • Build and manage pipeline of prospective donors through research, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Create compelling donor propositions that align with TTF's rural healthcare mission and impact metrics
  • Set and achieve annual fundraising targets with clear accountability measures

Program Development & Management

  • Design, launch, and scale "Adopt a Family" and "Adopt a Village" programs to maximize donor engagement and community impact
  • Create program frameworks, guidelines, and operational processes for sustainable program delivery
  • Develop impact measurement systems to track and report outcomes to donors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure donor contributions translate effectively into healthcare delivery

Donor Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors through regular communication and engagement activities
  • Implement donor stewardship programs including impact reporting, site visits, and recognition events
  • Manage donor database systems and maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and contributions
  • Provide exceptional donor service including timely acknowledgments, updates, and responses to inquiries

Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

  • Build relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers at corporations aligned with healthcare and rural development
  • Develop corporate partnership proposals that meet CSR compliance requirements and strategic objectives
  • Research and apply for grants from foundations, trusts, and government funding opportunities
  • Represent TTF at networking events, conferences, and sector forums to expand organizational visibility

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or CSR management, preferably in healthcare or rural development sector
  • Proven track record of successfully securing funds from individual donors, corporates, and institutional sources

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of India's CSR landscape, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in donor management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database systems
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders including government officials, corporate executives, and community leaders

  • Donor retention rates and lifetime value improvement
  • Quality and timeliness of impact reporting and donor communications
