Don Bosco Tech Society is looking for an organized and experienced trainer to provide complete training to underprivileged youth (based on knowledge and skills with materials, instructions, and other learning resources).
Designation: Assistant Manager - Learning & Development
Location: Delhi
Number of Positions (Per Location)- 1
Roles and Responsibilities
- Adhere to the the implementation of the an organization wide Learning & Development engagement framework, policies, and guidelines that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with organization requirements.
- Organize training of trainers and ensure certification from relevant bodies.
- Create, evaluate and execute learning strategies and programs as per the market standards for individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods for the welfare of the organization.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees shall upgrade in their roles.
- Analyze and recommend new/updated skilling processes brought by MSDE, NSDC and NCVET, as and when required
- Post the recommendation, support managers to develop their team members for succession planning.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure training quality are followed by team as per project requirements and provide interventions for improvement and quality assurance.
- Monitor the activities of content and assessment subordinates.
- Coordination with stakeholders for required actions timely.
- Delegate the responsibility during the long absence of a team member
- Ensure the smooth handover and knowledge transfer to new team members.
Required Qualification & Skills
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 5–7 years of experience in national-level learning and development.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office applications)
- Proficient in English Language
Core Competencies
- Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training
- Capacity building and training skills
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills & facilitation skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be familiar with local language
