Job Description

• To design, execute & run end-to-end Acceleration & Startup Business Programs for IIML EIC
• To implement ongoing & new programs as per IIML EIC guidelines
• To explore & build potential associations with Corporates, PSUs & Government organizations by creating innovative models and programs in the area of Corporate Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital
• To help and support in building potential associations with organizations/Institutes to provide consulting services
• To design and execute marketing strategies in guidance with department head
• To execute and manage Mentors & Investors for IIML EIC
• To collaborate with innovation ecosystem stakeholders

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.

Experience

• 12+ years of progressive experience in communications, donor engagement, or related fields, with at least 5 years in the development or sustainability sector.
• Strong track record in donor communications, media engagement, digital campaigns, and institutional storytelling.
• Experience with global donors, foundations, or international NGOs preferred.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with sensitivity to both scientific integrity and community voice.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver under deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
