Role Summary

The Associate Manager – CSR & Health Programs will support the Invest UP CSR Facilitation Cell by working directly with the Health Department, providing strategic program support, government coordination, research, and implementation facilitation. The role requires prior experience working with government systems, excellent documentation skills, and strong understanding of health-sector interventions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Government Department Coordination

• Work closely with State Health Department officials to support ongoing CSR-driven initiatives. 
• Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, reviews, and cross-department coordination.
• Ensure alignment of program activities with government priorities and departmental needs.

2. CSR Program Management & Support

• Provide strategic and operational support to CSR-linked health programs.
• Coordinate with corporate partners to map needs, create proposals, and support implementation.
• Monitor progress of CSR projects running in partnership with the Health Department.

3. Research, Documentation & Data Analysis

• Conduct secondary research, landscape assessments, and sectoral analysis for health-related CSR interventions.
• Document program updates, technical notes, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Prepare data-driven insights, dashboards, and presentations for internal and government reviews.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage engagement with corporate partners, foundations, implementing agencies, and government bodies.
• Represent CSRBOX in departmental consultations, partner discussions, and stakeholder forums.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project outcomes against departmental and CSR objectives.
• Conduct field visits (as required) to assess on-ground implementation and produce field reports.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Support the Invest UP CSR Facilitation Cell in planning, reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Lead or department heads.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in public health programs, CSR projects, or government advisory roles.
• Mandatory: Prior experience working with government departments or government setups.
• Strong skills in research, program coordination, data analysis, and communication.
• Ability to handle multi-stakeholder environments and work in fast-paced government settings.
