Job Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise & Project Implementation on Agrivoltaics.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as renewable energy, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in renewable energy sector in India including work experience in energy policy frameworks
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy policy frameworks and agricultural systems
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, and project management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, project partners, and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to conceptual and strategic development, operational planning, and knowledge sharing within a project team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, preferably on agrivoltaics or other innovative solar applications.
• Familiarity with the Indian renewable energy landscape, policies, and regulations, particularly in the solar sector as well in agricultural sector
• Experience in conducting technical reviews, quality assurance, and monitoring of project deliverables.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and engage with stakeholders at the national and state levels.
