About the Organization

The CEPT Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) is a multidisciplinary think-do-tank promoted by CEPT University. After more than four decades of consultancy, research, and advisory work, the university established CRDF in 2013 under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013 (non-profit company), to undertake and manage the increasing volumes of research work in the domain. It is a wholly owned but separate entity of CEPT University, Ahmedabad.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Communications Associate to lead our comprehensive communication strategy and elevate our organizational presence across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Leadership

• Develop and execute social media strategies that amplify our reach and engagement
• Create compelling multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and marketing collaterals

Strategic Communication

• Craft press releases, thought leadership pieces, and external communications
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement

Brand & Content Development

• Consistent brand messaging and cross-team collaboration
• Event materials, brochures, and promotional asset design

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• You can make designs that captivate and content that connects
• Adobe Suite and Canva are your creative sidekicks
• Complex topics don't intimidate you—they inspire you
• English flows naturally; Hindi/Gujarati is a bonus
• You have a degree in communications, design, or something that taught you to think creatively
