Job Purpose
The HR Executive will manage core HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment and employee database management. The role requires hands-on ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, HRMS (BoonFace) updates, and accurate maintenance of employee records, while supporting employee lifecycle processes and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments for new and replacement manpower requisitions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and closure status as per defined TAT.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and offer acceptance.
- Plan and coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee integration.
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in BoonFace (joining, transfers, exits, role/location changes).
- Maintain complete physical and digital employee records.
- Ensure data accuracy, document mapping, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate staff movement updates (joiners, exits, transfers).
- Manage exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
- Guide employees on PF, gratuity, and benefits-related processes.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and HR audits.
- Assist in periodic HR reporting and data submissions.
- Handle ad-hoc HR operational tasks within defined timelines.
Required Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR operations, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Experience in end-to-end hiring is mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English
