Job Purpose

The Executive – Graphic Designer cum Web Developer will be responsible for designing creative communication materials and managing the organization’s websites and digital platforms. The role combines visual design, branding, and basic web development to support outreach, partnerships, fundraising, and program visibility across digital and print channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design creative assets including brochures, posters, banners, reports, social media creatives, presentations, and campaign collaterals

• Ensure all designs adhere to organizational branding and communication guidelines

• Develop and maintain organization websites and landing pages

• Update website content, images, reports, and program information on a regular basis

• Coordinate with communications, partnerships, and program teams for design requirements

• Create digital assets for CSR proposals, donor presentations, and corporate outreach

• Design infographics, impact visuals, and data-driven creatives

• Optimize web pages for performance, responsiveness, and user experience

• Support basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, CMS updates)

• Ensure timely turnaround of creative requests as per defined timelines

• Manage digital assets, design libraries, and version control

• Support social media campaigns with engaging visual content

• Coordinate with external vendors for printing or advanced development if required

• Assist in website analytics tracking and basic SEO implementation

• Ensure quality control and error-free creative outputs

• Support event branding, documentation, and visibility initiatives

• Handle ad-hoc design and web-related tasks as assigned

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and web development

• Prior experience in NGO, CSR, or social sector projects is an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation design
