Job Purpose

The Manager – NGO / CSR / Corporate Partnerships will lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, NGOs, and ecosystem stakeholders. The role focuses on mobilizing CSR funding, co-creating skilling and employability programs, strengthening placement linkages, and ensuring measurable social and financial impact..

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with CSR, ESG, and skilling priorities

• Identify, onboard, and manage CSR, corporate, NGO, and foundation partners

• Lead outreach to CSR heads, foundations, and development partners

• Co-create skilling, employability, and placement-linked partnership models

• Prepare and negotiate MOUs, proposals, and partnership agreements

• Ensure partnerships align with organizational policies and compliance norms

• Track CSR project execution, deliverables, and outcomes

• Manage partner engagement through structured touchpoints and reviews

• Ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration

• Conduct market scans for CSR trends, funding opportunities, and donor priorities

• Generate and convert warm leads through outbound and inbound outreach

• Develop ROI and impact dashboards for CSR and partnership projects

• Track ROI, social impact metrics, and fund utilization

• Prepare periodic donor, CSR, and partnership performance reports

• Identify new growth opportunities with existing CSR and NGO partners

• Coordinate with internal teams (Programs, Finance, Marketing, Placements)

• Align with senior management on strategic partnerships and donor relations

• Support audits, compliance, and reporting for CSR-funded projects

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or related field

• 6–8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, NGO fundraising, corporate relations, or development sector

• Proven experience in CSR funding, proposal development, and partner management
