Job Description
Honda India Foundation (HIF) is seeking a proactive and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our CSR centre at Manesar. This role requires managing facilities, coordinating activities, and ensuring programs across thematic areas—such as Road Safety, Healthcare, Education, Environment, Skill Development, and Women Empowerment—run seamlessly. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with active community engagement.
Centre Administration & Upkeep
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the HSVK center premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely repair of infrastructure ansd equipment.
Daily Operations Support
- Assist in managing the daily schedule of classes, health services, and community activities.
- Ensure availability of training materials, supplies, and medical consumables.
Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain attendance registers for staff, trainers, and beneficiaries.
- Assist in collecting and compiling data for internal reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Manage visitor logs, feedback forms, and other documentation as per CSR protocols.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with trainers, NGO partners, support staff, and local vendors.
- Support during visits from senior management, government officials, or Japanese delegations.
Community Interface
- Welcome and guide walk-in beneficiaries and visitors.
- Share information about ongoing programs and timings with local communities.
Logistics & Procurement Support
- Assist in procurement of basic supplies and maintain petty cash records.
- Coordinate for transportation of materials or guests if required.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Graduates/ Postgraduates in any stream
- Experience: 3–4 years in administration / Facility management role (Centre Administration & Upkeep, Daily Operations Support, Logistics & Procurement Support and Inventory management preferred)
- Skills: Good organizational and multitasking skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel), Strong communication and documentation skills
- Language: Fluency in Hindi (basic English required)
