Job Summary:

A leading NGO looking an experienced HR professional to lead HR Department in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, be tech-savvy, and have experience working in the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Department Management: Oversee and manage the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and effective implementation of HR policies.

2. Tech-Savvy: Leverage technology and HR tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.

3. Process-Driven: Develop, implement, and monitor HR processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Development Sector Experience: Utilize expertise gained from working in the development sector to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Age: Above 45 years

2. Experience: Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, tools, and technologies (e.g., HRIS, recruitment platforms, performance management systems)

4. Development Sector Experience: Experience working in the development sector, understanding its unique challenges and requirements

5. Tamil and Hindi is must
