About Us:

Samvedna Development Society (www.sdsorg.in), a new age NGO, is implementing the Bharat Sanjeevani Krishi Uttan” project in collaboration with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank). This initiative aims to strengthen FPOs, enhance agri-value chains, and empower small and marginal farmers through technology and sustainable practices.

Job Overview:

The National IT Manager will lead the design, development, and management of IT/MIS systems to support the monitoring and handholding of FPOs. This role includes building and maintaining a centralized data management portal, coordinating with state-level teams, and ensuring real-time and accurate data reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide state-level IT/MIS Technical Directors in managing state portals and data reporting.
• Design and maintain the integrated national-level portal for FPO data management.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and real-time data collection, analysis, and reporting across project locations.
• Coordinate with National Project Director, Data Analysts, and FPO Development Officers for integrated data flow.
• Support training and capacity building of field teams in data management tools and reporting systems.
• Maintain data security, ensure quality checks, and generate analytical dashboards for project review.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong expertise in IT systems, MIS, and data analytics for development projects.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data management portals.
• Knowledge of agriculture and rural development projects will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in database management, cloud-based tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
