Job Description

As Program Associate, you will be at the heart of the M2M mission - driving planning, coordination, and analysis that make the program come alive. This is not a back-office role; you will be on the frontlines of shaping and monitoring a national transformation.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and tracking the program plan and milestones.
• Coordinating across team members, consultants, and ecosystem partners to keep the mission moving.
• Leading research and analysis to uncover insights that drive solutions.
• Monitoring project risks and timelines.
• Take a well-defined and scoped problem statement and drive problem solving and action.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Someone who can bring order to complexity - coordinating across people andorganizations to turn vision into action.
• Someone who is ready to step up, take ownership, and hold the threads of thisambitious program together.
• You should have 2-5 years of project management experience (PMP preferred), strongcoordination skills, excellent communication, problem solving attitude and an eagernessto engage with the field.
• Familiarity with sanitation or public service delivery is a plus.
• This is a full time role. The location is Bangalore.
