Job Description

• Design and deploy on-premise infrastructure for compute, network, and storage using Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, CentOS,).
• Plan and configure server environments, including bare-metal, VM-based, and hyper- converged setups.
• Implement storage solutions (SAN, NAS, NFS, ZFS, etc.) for high availability and redundancy.
• Architect network configurations including VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, and
• VPNs for secure connectivity. Evaluate and integrate open-source tools for infrastructure automation and monitoring.
• Manage container registries, secrets, and runtime security for workloads.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies using open-source tools Apply infrastructure security best practices — SSH hardening, firewall policies, SSL/TLS, and zero-trust principles.
• Work closely with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align infrastructure with project goals.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) Automate provisioning and configuration management with Ansible, Terraform, GPU Integration with server , Open source software deployments on Servers(Virtualization, Container, Docker) and GPUs(like LLMs).

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Certifications in Linux, Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD), DevOps, or Cloud Platforms.
• Experience in enterprise-grade on-premises infrastructure or data center operations.
• Total 8-10 years of experience in Infra projects.
• Strong experience with Linux system administration and open-source infrastructure management.
• Deep knowledge of server provisioning, RAID configurations, networking (TCP/IP,
• DNS, routing), and firewall management.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools — Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Experience with virtualization platforms —VMware, or OpenStack.
• Familiarity with storage systems —, NFS, NFS.
• Skilled in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
