About the Program

The Executive Certification Program in Design Thinking & Innovation for Strategic Leadership is a 6-month program offered by IIT Hyderabad in collaboration with Accredian. It is designed to equip learners with core Design Thinking skills, hands-on exposure to innovation frameworks, and practical learning experiences, with a focus on driving strategic leadership and creative problem-solving in real-world business scenarios.

Structured across 5 modules, covering all core aspects of Design Thinking: from strategy, design, and development to launch, growth, and AI-driven innovation.

Duration: 6 months

Learning Format: 72+ hours of live online sessions, with recordings available for 3 years from the batch start date

Class Timings: 3 PM – 6 PM IST on Saturdays

Flexibility: Recordings available in case a session is missed

Eligibility

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with more than 50% marks. 1+ year of work experience is preferred, but can also be considered on an exceptional basis.

No prior experience in Design Thinking or innovation is required. The program covers everything from the fundamentals of Design Thinking to advanced strategies for Innovation and Strategic Leadership, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced professionals.
